How to find Swiss B2B emails
Swiss outbound works when company identity, the right person and an evidenced work email stay linked. A registry name alone is not a sendable lead.
5’701’307 companies
Live company inventory from the product health snapshot. Registry totals are not verified decision-maker emails.
Continues into LeadHunt’s free start. The label does not by itself prove delivery of 25 verified personal emails.
Start with the company, not a guessed address
Begin with a correctly matched legal name and official website. In Switzerland that usually means checking a UID or commercial-register trail, then confirming the domain that the company itself publishes. Do not invent a mailbox from the company name. Pattern guessing can produce addresses that look plausible and still bounce, hit a catch-all or belong to someone who left years ago.
Record the source URL and the date you observed the domain. If the homepage, imprint and LinkedIn company page disagree, keep the conflict visible instead of picking the most convenient option. LeadHunt stores company and observation evidence in its Business Memory graph; a count of companies is inventory, not proof that every row already has a verified personal inbox.
Find the decision-maker who matches your offer
A statutory officer on the commercial register is not automatically the buyer for your product. For Treuhand software you may want a managing partner; for logistics tooling you may want operations; for cybersecurity you may want the IT or risk owner. Write the role you need before you search people.
Prefer named professionals with a current title and an evidenced link to the same company. Keep profile or imprint URLs when they exist. Do not treat a generic info@ or kontakt@ inbox as the named person’s email. Those mailboxes are useful for company contact pages; they do not satisfy a “verified work email for this decision-maker” requirement.
Discover business emails with attributable evidence
Good Swiss B2B email research usually combines public pages (team, imprint, press) with pattern checks only after a person is identified. When you find an address, store the association to company and person, the source, the verification method or provider, the status and the checked-at time. Syntax and MX checks are necessary but not sufficient. A successful provider check is evidence of that check, not a guarantee of delivery or permission to email.
Exclude catch-all, unknown, guessed-pattern and invalid addresses from any “verified” export. If verification is unavailable, leave the field unavailable — do not fill zeros or placeholder strings that look complete in a spreadsheet.
Respect Swiss and EU outreach rules in practice
Public business research is not consent to outreach. Keep opt-out paths obvious, honour suppression lists and avoid mixing first-party customer records into saleable lead exports. If you operate across DACH, document which legal basis you rely on for each campaign and keep country-specific copies of your privacy notices. LeadHunt publishes imprint and privacy links on every marketing page; use them, and do not claim compliance certifications this product does not display.
Use live inventory counts without over-claiming
The live company figure on this page comes from the same health snapshot the product exposes for operators. It answers “how large is the stored company pool right now?” It does not answer “how many Swiss decision-makers with verified personal emails can I export today?” Those are different populations: registry-only companies, companies with matched domains, commercially enriched companies, companies with named decision-makers and companies with a named person plus a verified work email.
When you evaluate a vendor or your own process, ask for field coverage and missing-field reasons separately. A large Swiss company counter that is mostly registry rows will underperform a smaller set of core-complete records for outbound.
A practical Swiss email workflow
- Define industry, canton or city and the buyer role in one sentence.
- Confirm legal name, official domain and location evidence.
- Attach a named person with title and source URL.
- Discover the work email from attributable pages or approved enrichers.
- Verify with a method that can fail closed; keep status and checked-at.
- Export only rows that meet your acceptance bar; leave gaps visible.
LeadHunt’s free start lets you continue from your website into the existing preview flow. The button below does not promise twenty-five verified personal emails on first click; it routes you into the same free-lead path used across LeadHunt English pages. Review the sample and comparison pages if you need to see what is published today versus what remains unavailable.
Common failure modes to avoid
Substituting a company inbox for a person email; treating DNS or syntax as verification; inventing traffic or headcount to make a row look complete; retrying the same enrichment until counters inflate; and copying Apollo-style global credit maths onto Swiss SME lists without checking local evidence. Each of those shortcuts creates expensive bounces or legal risk later.
If health data is temporarily down, this page shows a fallback inventory phrase instead of inventing a precise number. Reload later for the live snapshot. For segment-specific Zurich Treuhand work, continue with the Treuhand Zurich guide; for mailbox quality, continue with the verification guide.
